NFL's Adrian Peterson charged with child abuse, will miss Sunday's game

(Reuters) - Police were seeking on Friday to arrest Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson on a charge of injury to a child, a Texas sheriff's office said, while Peterson's attorney said the incident resulted from him "using a switch to spank his son."
